How Do I Place An Order?
Check out our shop, click "add to cart" to wanted items. When you are ready to place your order, go to your shopping cart and review items. Then simply click "check out" and proceed with payment options, desired specifications, and mailing information.
Payment and Shipping
We accept all major cards and also cash and check through the mail. Shipping cost is based off USPS shipping charges, which depends on size and weight of order. This will be calculated at check out and charged with your total balance. When we receive the order, mailing your product ASAP is top priority. We provide mailing services internationally.

What is your return and refund policy?
If the product is unused and unaltered, we will grant a full return refund upon request after the product has been received and inspected. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Customer pays for return shipping if item being returned is not being returned due to an error made by window magic supply. For exchanges, the cost difference will be charged/refunded before new item is sent out.
